1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and meet daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and retail experience.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Supervise product feedback and prepare deliveries and packaging.

1. Fluency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
2. Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
3. University degree or Fashion school diploma.
