1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
2. Welcome clients as a brand ambassador, demonstrating extensive knowledge of collections and sales ceremonies.
3. Propose and sell pieces across all collections to optimize cross-selling opportunities.
4. Monitor boutique and client portfolio KPIs.
5. Ensure client well-being in-store and deliver a personalized, unforgettable shopping experience.
6. Provide expert advice tailored to clients' desires, personalities, and body types.
7. Maintain and build client relationships to ensure loyalty and long-term engagement.
8. Acquire and retain new clients on both national and international levels.
9. Actively develop a portfolio of local clients using CRM techniques.
10. Participate in stock management and ensure optimal stock presentation.
11. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance store performance and processes.
