1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Christian Dior Couture's history and heritage.
2. Welcome clients as a brand ambassador, demonstrating extensive knowledge of collections.
3. Proactively suggest and sell items across all departments.
4. Monitor key sales indicators for the boutique and personal client portfolio.
5. Ensure client well-being in-store, offering personalized and memorable experiences.
6. Provide expert advice tailored to clients' desires, personality, and body type.
7. Stay attuned to fashion trends to propose suitable looks for clients.
8. Maintain and build lasting relationships with clients, both nationally and internationally.
9. Apply CRM techniques to ensure accurate client data management.
10. Participate in stock organization and upkeep, ensuring efficient client service.
11. Propose improvements to store processes and performance.
