1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.

3. Propose and sell items across different product categories to optimize cross-selling opportunities.
4. Monitor boutique and personal client portfolio KPIs.
5. Ensure client well-being in-store and deliver a personalized, memorable, and surprising experience.
6. Proactively find solutions to meet the demands of a discerning clientele.
7. Provide expert advice on pieces suited to clients' desires, personalities, and physiques.
8. Stay attuned to trends to offer clients style-appropriate looks.
9. Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, focusing on loyalty and retention.
10. Acquire and retain new clients both nationally and internationally.
11. Actively develop a local client portfolio.
12. Apply CRM techniques to foster client loyalty using internal tools.
13. Participate in stock organization and maintenance.
14. Have thorough knowledge of stock and reserve items to efficiently meet client expectations.
15. Propose improvements to store processes and performance.
16. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance collective boutique performance.

2. Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with a keen interest in the luxury and fashion industry.

5. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.
