7. Provide expert advice by suggesting pieces that align with clients' preferences and personalities.
8. Stay attuned to trends to propose client-appropriate styles.
9. Foster client loyalty through attentive service and CRM techniques.
10. Expand and maintain a local client portfolio while acquiring new clients nationally and internationally.
11. Participate in stock organization and maintain inventory knowledge.
12. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance boutique performance and processes.

1. Strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills with both international and local clientele.
2. Dynamic, autonomous, and initiative-driven with a keen interest in luxury fashion.
3. Team-oriented with a focus on individual and collective success.
4. Results-driven with adaptability to a dynamic environment.
5. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
