4. Monitor boutique and personal client portfolio KPIs.
5. Ensure client well-being in-store and deliver a personalized, memorable, and exceptional customer experience.
6. Proactively address the needs of a discerning clientele, offering expert advice tailored to client desires, personalities, and body types.
7. Stay attuned to fashion trends to propose client-appropriate looks.
8. Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective clienteling strategies, focusing on client retention and acquisition both nationally and internationally.
9. Manage and expand a local client portfolio, utilizing CRM techniques to foster client loyalty.
10. Participate in stock organization and maintenance, ensuring comprehensive stock knowledge to meet client expectations efficiently.
11. Contribute to the improvement of store processes and performance.
12. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the collective performance of the boutique.
