1. Supervise workload management, operational flows, and priority setting in collaboration with the department head.
2. Evaluate garments retained for repair and make decisions regarding their processing.
3. Manage after-sales requests from the Maison, coordinating both internal and external repairs.
4. Monitor the progress of repairs, ensuring timelines are met and expediting suppliers in case of delays.
5. Open Work Orders (OdL) for necessary repair accessories, using the M3 system for warehouse communication.
6. Issue Transport Documents (DDT) for returns to the repair contractors.

1. Basic technical knowledge of RTW products and main manufacturing techniques.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Access (or equivalents) for quality control.
3. Familiarity with the M3 system is preferred.
4. Good command of English or French.
5. Precision, organizational skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
6. Ability to work independently and coordinate a team.
