Christian Dior RTW Costing Officer

- Conduct comprehensive collection and analysis of RTW production cost data.
- Develop a detailed understanding of supplier cost structures to identify improvement areas and negotiation opportunities.
- Define standard production costs and consistently monitor variances to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions.
- Proactively analyze cost trends over time, identifying key variation factors.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Office to analyze product and process cost data, implementing cost optimization actions while maintaining high product quality.
- Strategically allocate production volumes in collaboration with the Planning Office to meet company margin objectives and ensure high service levels (KPI).
- Create periodic and ad hoc reports for cost monitoring and present results to management.
- Accurately manage data in Excel, including the creation and use of complex models for cost analysis.
- Input data into management systems, with a focus on the new PLM system, ensuring accurate and timely cost recording.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion/textile sector.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM management systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or textile industry.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
