Christian Dior Risk & Insurance Manager

- Coordinate the group's risk management and insurance policies across all business units, including Damage & Business Interruption, Transport, Liability, Construction, Global Jewelry, Event, and Fine Art programs.
- Negotiate and place standalone insurance programs and manage tenders for large-scale projects, particularly in Construction.
- Lead and coordinate the update of Damage values, including analysis and consolidation.
- Collaborate closely with Business Units to analyze and manage risks, including construction, event, production, logistics, and cyber risks, and identify emerging risks associated with new activities or products.
- Implement the Damage prevention policy in coordination with the Group's Risk & Insurance Department and follow up on insurers' recommendations.
- Develop educational tools and conduct workshops to raise risk management awareness among operational staff, including internal training and SharePoint updates.
- Advise on contractual risk prevention, working with the Legal Department on liability and insurance clauses.
- Manage claims and provide support to subsidiaries on major cases.
- Coordinate the risk mapping activity across all Zones and Business Units, developing and disseminating risk mapping methodologies, and supporting subsidiaries in establishing and updating risk maps.
- Participate in monitoring the progress of action plans with responsible parties and their teams, consolidating efforts in coordination with Internal Control.
- Coordinate and lead business continuity efforts within the Maison, developing toolkits for emergency response, crisis management, and recovery response, ensuring compliance with Group controls.
- Minimum of 10 years of recognized professional experience in risk management within large international companies.
- Experience may include risk management in a corporate setting, brokerage, insurance company, audit, or consultancy.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across geographical zones, retail, production, and executive committees.
- Rigorous, pedagogical, and methodical approach.
- Positive management style with a strong sense of teamwork.
Minimum 10 years of recognized professional experience in risk management within large international companies.
