1. Design blended learning tools for women's fashion expertise areas, including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories, ensuring they are ready-to-use for trainers.
2. Monitor the performance of training tools and consolidate field feedback to optimize future developments.
3. Conduct active competitive analysis to enrich training content and stay innovative in training methodologies.
4. Contribute to the creation and deployment of special and cross-functional projects in support of the Retail Training Manager.
5. Manage a stock of ready-to-wear pieces and accessories.
6. Assist in the operational organization of training seminars and the international dispatch of training documents.
7. Develop a weekly newsletter for sales teams, featuring the latest fashion news.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Creativity with a strong fashion sensibility and aesthetic sense.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.

Entry-level experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry is required.
