Christian Dior Retail Training Project Assistant - Women's Division Internship

- Design blended learning tools for women's fashion expertise areas, including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories, ensuring they are ready-to-use for trainers.
- Monitor the performance of training tools and consolidate field feedback to optimize future developments.
- Conduct active competitive analysis to enrich training content and stay innovative in training methodologies.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of special and cross-functional projects in support of the Retail Training Manager.
- Manage a stock of ready-to-wear pieces and accessories.
- Assist in the operational organization of training seminars and the international dispatch of training documents.
- Develop a weekly newsletter for sales teams, featuring the latest fashion news.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university program.
- Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity with a strong fashion sensibility and aesthetic sense.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Entry-level experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university program.
