1. Design blended learning tools for women's fashion expertise areas including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories, ensuring they are ready-to-use for trainers.
2. Monitor the performance of training tools, consolidating field feedback to optimize future developments.
3. Conduct active competitive analysis to enhance training content and stay innovative in blended learning approaches.
4. Contribute to the creation and deployment of special and cross-functional projects in support of the Retail Training Manager.
5. Manage a stock of Ready-to-Wear pieces and accessories.
6. Organize training seminars and facilitate the international distribution of training documents.
7. Develop a weekly newsletter for sales teams featuring the latest fashion news.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Creativity and a keen fashion sense with aesthetic sensibility.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop is highly valued.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.

Beginner level experience in the fashion industry, particularly in sales, training, or marketing.

Currently pursuing higher education in business, fashion, or a related field.
