- Design blended learning tools for women's fashion expertise areas including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories, ensuring they are ready-to-use for trainers.
- Monitor the performance of training tools, consolidating field feedback to optimize future developments.
- Conduct active competitive analysis to enhance training content and stay innovative in blended learning approaches.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of special and cross-functional projects in support of the Retail Training Manager.
- Manage a stock of Ready-to-Wear pieces and accessories.
- Organize training seminars and facilitate the international distribution of training documents.
- Develop a weekly newsletter for sales teams featuring the latest fashion news.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university program.
- Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and a keen fashion sense with aesthetic sensibility.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop is highly valued.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Beginner level experience in the fashion industry, particularly in sales, training, or marketing.
Currently pursuing higher education in business, fashion, or a related field.
