- Design blended learning tools for women's fashion expertise areas including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories, ensuring they are turnkey for trainers.
- Monitor the performance of training tools and consolidate field feedback to optimize future developments.
- Conduct active competitive analysis to enrich training content and stay innovative in blended learning design.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of special and cross-functional projects supporting the Retail Training Manager.
- Manage a stock of Ready-to-Wear and accessories.
- Assist in the operational organization of training seminars and international dispatch of training documents.
- Develop a weekly newsletter for sales teams featuring the latest fashion news.
- Currently enrolled in a business, fashion, or university program.
- Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Creativity with a keen fashion sense and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Entry-level experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry is required.
Currently enrolled in a business, fashion, or university program.
The internship offers a comprehensive learning experience, providing exposure to the codes, environment, and culture of a French Haute Couture House. It is an excellent opportunity to gain significant experience in the luxury sector, apply skills, and deepen knowledge acquired from previous experiences. The intern will be fully integrated into the team and will have various responsibilities while receiving guidance from a mentor.
