1. Elevate client experience standards by utilizing customer experience data insights to provide timely floor coaching and ensure distinguished service across boutiques.
2. Monitor digital learning completion and training trackers to ensure consistent and effective training for all team members.
3. Deliver corporate training programs and development activities in alignment with global guidance to uphold the high values and standards of the House.
4. Closely follow up on retail performance outcomes to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing support to drive excellence.
5. Act as a strategic business supporter by aligning training action plans with retail business directions and strategic goals.
6. Nurture category expertise and styling skills to enhance the depth and impact of field coaching.
7. Organize field coaching sessions to ensure new hires and managers successfully apply their training on the sales floor.
8. Guarantee the application of House standards and procedures in accordance with the brand strategy and core values.
9. Monitor service levels post-training and provide immediate spot coaching to bridge the gap between learning and real-world execution.
10. Partner with central teams to refine training materials and optimize programs to better suit local market needs.

1. University graduate or above in related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail training
3. Luxury retail experience is preferred
4. Mobility to make frequent business trips to various retail locations as required

4. Fluent in English and Korean

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail training, preferably in the luxury sector.

University graduate or above in related disciplines.
