1. Conduct in-store, hands-on training and coaching for retail teams, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
2. Deliver product training and coaching based on sales data in a timely manner.
3. Support retail teams through various formats including in-person, virtual, and workshops.
4. Monitor retail team performance and ensure effective application of training on the sales floor.
5. Align actions with retail business direction and execute business support roles.
6. Develop category expertise and nurture team capabilities.
7. Organize and monitor field coaching for new sales associates and boutique management teams.
8. Analyze service outcomes to identify areas for improvement and further development.
9. Conduct regular store visits to assess training needs, observe performance, and provide feedback.
10. Collaborate in the creation and revision of training materials.
11. Initiate discussions with Head Office to drive program evolution and optimization.

1. University graduate or above in related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Training
3. Luxury retail experience preferred

1. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
2. Proactive and independent player
3. Ability to inspire and motivate people
4. Strong organizational skills for managing workshops and projects
5. Collaborative work with various stakeholders
6. Native Korean speaker with English proficiency preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Training, preferably within the luxury sector.

University graduate or above in related disciplines.
