1. Participate in gathering training needs from boutiques and trainers.
2. Co-develop the monthly training schedule and manage session registrations.
3. Ensure seamless communication between the Training Department and boutiques.
4. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and manage calls for tender.
5. Coordinate the setup of materials for training events.
6. Support trainers in deploying their training sessions.
7. Construct and analyze monthly reports on retail training activities and customer satisfaction metrics.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales or training within the luxury sector.

1. Strong interest in retail, fashion, and luxury industries.
2. Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
3. Creativity, organization, curiosity, and teamwork.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and digital tools.
5. Fluency in French; English proficiency is a plus.

Entry-level experience in sales or training within the luxury sector.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
