1. Participate in gathering training needs from boutiques and trainers.
2. Co-construct the monthly training schedule and manage session registrations.
3. Ensure smooth communication between the training department and boutiques.
4. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and manage calls for tenders.
5. Coordinate the setup of materials for training events.
6. Support trainers in deploying their training activities.
7. Develop and analyze monthly reports on retail training activities and customer satisfaction metrics.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales or training within the luxury sector.

1. Strong interest in retail, fashion, and luxury industries.
2. Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
3. Creativity, organizational skills, and team spirit.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with digital tools.
6. Fluency in French; English proficiency is a plus.

Entry-level experience, ideally with exposure to sales or training in the luxury sector.

Currently pursuing a business or university degree.
