1. Participate in gathering training needs from boutiques and trainers.
2. Co-construct the monthly training schedule and manage session registrations.
3. Ensure smooth communication between the Training department and boutiques.
4. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and manage tenders.
5. Coordinate the setup of materials for training events.
6. Support trainers in deploying their training activities.
7. Develop and analyze monthly reports on retail training activities and customer satisfaction metrics.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales or training within the luxury sector.

1. Strong interest in retail, fashion, and luxury industries.
2. Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
3. Creativity, organizational skills, and curiosity.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and digital tools.
5. Team-oriented with excellent synthesis skills.
6. Fluency in French; English proficiency is a plus.

Beginner-level experience is required, ideally with exposure to sales or training in the luxury sector.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
