1. Participate in gathering training needs from boutiques and trainers.
2. Co-construct the monthly training schedule and manage session registrations.
3. Ensure seamless communication between the Training department and boutiques.
4. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and manage tender processes.
5. Coordinate the setup of materials for training events.
6. Support trainers in the deployment of their training sessions.
7. Develop and analyze monthly reports on retail training activities and customer satisfaction metrics (NPS & DCX).

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales or training within the luxury sector.

1. Strong interest in retail, fashion, and luxury industries.
2. Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
3. Creativity, organizational skills, and team spirit.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and digital tools.
5. Fluency in French; English proficiency is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in sales or training within the luxury sector is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
