1. Assist the Senior Sales Associate in all client appointments and communications.
2. Process transactions on behalf of the Senior Sales Associate and sales team.
3. Provide after-sales service to clients of the Senior Sales Associate.
4. Facilitate communication between clients, management, and the boutique network.
5. Manage all incoming requests for the Senior Sales Associate.
6. Perform various boutique maintenance and administrative tasks as needed.
7. Prioritize and manage delivery and shipping projects for clients of the Senior Sales Associate.
8. Record client information and maintain profiles in the Dior Star CRM platform.
9. Manage sales via the WeChat platform on behalf of the Senior Sales Associate.
10. Demonstrate strong client knowledge and a sense of urgency in service and problem resolution.
11. Use appropriate telephone etiquette for calls, message taking, client inquiries, and call transfers.
12. Assist in packing or wrapping client merchandise.
13. Provide floor support when required.
14. Support general operational tasks of the Boutique, including security, policies, and procedures.

1. Ability to work full-time with a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience (preferred).
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Physical ability to stand for long periods, move and handle merchandise boxes and equipment in the boutique (including lifting), and perform all listed functions.

Preferred prior experience of at least 6 months in a similar role.

The position offers a salary of $20 per hour.
