Responsibilities
- Prepare and audit data outputs including stock movements and transactions.
- Assist in stocktakes, cycle counts, and month-end closures.
- Support the manager with special ad hoc projects.
- Assist in transfers, deliveries, and reservations.
- Support daily administrative tasks.
- Handle customer service enquiries.
- Manage Click & Collect and E-Reservations.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK.
- Availability to start on December 15, 2025.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Initiative and proactive approach.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
- Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience Requirements
