Christian Dior Retail Supervisor

- Coordinate and animate the team within a department or boutique.
- Maintain the highest standards of store upkeep and retail operations.

- Excellent service and customer experience standards in a boutique setting.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales systems and stock management.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
At least 3 years of experience in team management within the luxury retail sector.
