Christian Dior Retail Supervisor

- Coordinate and animate the team within a department or boutique.
- Maintain the highest standards of store upkeep and retail operations.
- Understand sales systems, cash handling, credit, and exchange procedures.
- Motivate and support the sales team on the shop floor.
- Act as a liaison between the team and management.
- Assist in training staff on product knowledge.
- Integrate and guide new team members.
- Adapt flexibly and demonstrate a high level of commitment.
- Monitor daily and weekly store sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
- Achieve personal sales targets and demonstrate product knowledge across all categories.
- Stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and develop customer loyalty through personalized sales approaches.
- Maximize sales potential through cross-selling and meeting individual and departmental goals.
- Follow stock management procedures and support inventory control.
- Minimum of 3 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
- Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
- Sensitivity to the fashion industry and product affinity.
- Excellent service and customer experience standards in a boutique setting.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales systems and stock management.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
At least 3 years of experience in team management within the luxury retail sector.
