1. Coordinate and animate the team within a department or boutique.
2. Maintain the highest standards of store upkeep and retail operations.
3. Understand sales systems, cash handling, credit, and exchange procedures.
4. Motivate and support the sales team on the shop floor.
5. Act as a liaison between the team and management.
6. Assist in training staff on product knowledge.
7. Integrate and guide new team members.
8. Adapt flexibly and demonstrate a high level of commitment.
9. Monitor daily and weekly store sales targets.
10. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.

14. Maximize sales potential through cross-selling and meeting individual and departmental goals.
15. Follow stock management procedures and support inventory control.

1. Minimum of 3 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
2. Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
3. Sensitivity to the fashion industry and product affinity.
4. Excellent service and customer experience standards in a boutique setting.
5. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
6. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.

1. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in sales systems and stock management.
5. Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.

At least 3 years of experience in team management within the luxury retail sector.
