1. Maintain the highest standards of store maintenance and retail sales.
2. Understand sales systems, cash handling, credit, and exchange procedures.
3. Motivate and support the sales team on the floor.
4. Act as a liaison between the team and management.
5. Assist in training staff on product knowledge.
6. Integrate new staff members and guide them effectively.
7. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and commitment.
8. Understand daily and weekly sales targets and store sales information.
9. Handle customer complaints efficiently, involving management when necessary.
10. Achieve personal sales targets.
11. Demonstrate product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current advertising campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
12. Provide exceptional customer service and develop client loyalty through a personalized shopping experience.
13. Maximize sales potential through cross-selling and achieving individual and departmental sales goals.
14. Follow stock management procedures and support inventory control.

1. Minimum 3 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
2. Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
3. Sensitivity to fashion and strong product affinity.
4. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
