1. Coordinate and animate the team within a department or boutique.
2. Maintain the highest standards of store maintenance and retail presentation.
3. Understand sales systems, cash handling, credit, and exchange procedures.
4. Motivate and support the team on the sales floor.
5. Serve as a liaison between the team and management.
6. Assist in training staff on products and integrating new team members.
7. Handle customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
8. Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
9. Demonstrate product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current marketing campaigns and promotions.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and develop client loyalty through personalized shopping experiences.
11. Support stock management procedures and inventory control.

1. Minimum of 3 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
2. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
3. Strong initiative and commercial acumen with a passion for fashion.
4. Excellent customer service and client experience skills.
5. Creative with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
