Christian Dior Retail Sales Assistant — Apprenticeship

1. Serve as an ambassador of the Maison within a Paris boutique, providing a welcoming, polished client experience.
2. Identify client needs, deliver tailored product advice and execute sales to achieve individual and boutique objectives.
3. Manage sales follow-up, clienteling and relationship-building to drive retention and loyalty.
4. Contribute to stock management activities, including inventory control and replenishment support.
5. Support merchandising and visual presentation in line with brand directives and seasonal concepts.
6. Learn and apply luxury retail standards, processes and service protocols through on-the-job training.

1. Candidate must be enrolled in a study program and seeking an alternance (work-study) contract.
2. Background in commercial, retail or business studies preferred.
3. Fluent English required; proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Russian or Arabic) is a clear advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong client orientation and a professional, service-minded demeanour.
5. Available to start the alternance from late August 2026 and able to work on-site in Paris.

Entry-level — suitable for students or recent entrants to retail. No prior professional retail experience is required; the role is designed as a learning apprenticeship.
