1. Drive the Dior Fine Jewellery and Timepieces business through collaboration with various departments and regional and store teams.
2. Identify business needs globally to develop new retail projects aimed at boosting sales and enhancing customer service.
3. Collaborate with relevant departments on key retail projects, including retail applications development and packaging.
4. Create and implement monthly newsletters and best practices across the network.
5. Support and animate regional retail seminars, both in person and digitally.
6. Motivate and animate the worldwide FJ&T ambassador community through various touchpoints.
7. Collaborate with the CRM and Event team to develop and implement CRM initiatives, including event calendars and calling campaigns.
8. Support zones in defining and implementing regional CRM plans, setting clear client targets, and analyzing results for improvement.
9. Partner with training teams to develop and implement product and selling skills training programs.
10. Conduct CRM analysis biannually with the data team to derive key insights for business development.
11. Lead sales analysis to understand the global impact of CRM and training actions.
12. Supervise order management for retail tools.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Business

3. Strong transversal management skills
4. Team-focused with effective collaboration skills
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
6. Understanding of retail operations and customer experience
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
8. Fluency in French and English

5-10 years of experience, preferably in a retail environment at store or regional level.
