Christian Dior Retail Performance Manager

- Enhance retail performance and customer experience across 35 boutiques in Southern Europe.
- Align retail functions and strategies to optimize store operations and opportunities.
- Manage direct reporting lines in Training, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure service quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product Merchandising, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising.
- Increase sales by enforcing selling policies and enhancing store performance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and harmonize client standards across boutiques.
- Analyze sales associates' time allocation and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement action plans for underperforming categories.
- Recommend activities to increase sales metrics such as UPT, AUR, AVT, and client retention.
- Issue and analyze monthly performance reports and competitor analyses.
- Organize regular store performance reviews and action plan discussions.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Security standards and data protection regulations.
- Drive operational excellence and foster a performance culture.
- Lead training initiatives to align with brand priorities.
- Oversee boutique openings and pop-up executions.
- Maintain retail network standards according to Dior's guidelines.
- Lead retail projects such as 'Retail Excellence' initiatives.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management or operations.
- Proven track record of optimizing KPIs in a retail environment.
- Experience in leading retail initiatives and process improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in retail data analytics.
- Strategic and operational mindset.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
