1. Enhance retail performance and customer experience across 35 boutiques in Southern Europe.
2. Align retail functions and strategies to optimize store operations and opportunities.
3. Manage direct reporting lines in Training, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure service quality.
4. Collaborate closely with Product Merchandising, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising.
5. Increase sales by enforcing selling policies and enhancing store performance.
6. Ensure excellent customer experience and harmonize client standards across boutiques.
7. Analyze sales associates' time allocation and recommend improvements.
8. Design and implement action plans for underperforming categories.
9. Recommend activities to increase sales metrics such as UPT, AUR, AVT, and client retention.
10. Issue and analyze monthly performance reports and competitor analyses.
11. Organize regular store performance reviews and action plan discussions.
12. Ensure compliance with Health & Security standards and data protection regulations.
13. Drive operational excellence and foster a performance culture.
14. Lead training initiatives to align with brand priorities.
15. Oversee boutique openings and pop-up executions.
16. Maintain retail network standards according to Dior's guidelines.
17. Lead retail projects such as 'Retail Excellence' initiatives.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management or operations.
2. Proven track record of optimizing KPIs in a retail environment.
3. Experience in leading retail initiatives and process improvements.
