1. Participate in the preparation and execution of optimization plans for retail performance.
2. Facilitate communication between central and regional contacts to ensure cohesive operations.
3. Monitor projects from operational implementation to feedback collection for improvements.
4. Conduct KPI reporting to track and enhance store performance.
5. Assist in organizing training sessions for staff development.
6. Prepare project presentations for boutiques and central management.

1. University degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English at C1-C2 level; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Eligibility for an internship agreement with a university.
