1. Manage, run, and distribute retail reports for corporate, regional, and boutique locations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including store sales, budget revisions, and bonus goals.
2. Design and automate necessary reports to monitor KPIs and critical retail initiatives.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking and maintain a database for competitive analysis.
4. Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate sales associate-related information for retail reports.
5. Communicate frequently with store teams to better understand the business and market landscape.
6. Initiate analysis and actions to drive revenue and develop action plans for strategic doors.
7. Assist in the preparation of executive presentations for business reviews and market analysis.
8. Manage incentives for boutiques, from ideation to implementation and follow-up.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the luxury and/or retail industry.
2. Background in Retail, Planning, or Finance preferred.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
2. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and follow-up skills.
3. Attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct discrepancies in data.
4. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems, with a passion for data analysis and synthesis.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
