1. Manage and distribute retail performance reports for corporate, regional, and boutique locations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
2. Design and automate reports to monitor key performance indicators and critical retail initiatives.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking and maintain a comprehensive database for competitive analysis.
4. Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate sales associate data for retail reporting.
5. Communicate with store teams to understand the business and market landscape and drive revenue through analysis.
6. Assist in the preparation of executive presentations for business reviews and market analysis.
7. Manage retail incentives and collaborate on compensation strategies for retail teams.

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury or retail industries.
2. Background in retail, planning, or finance is preferred.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PowerBI.
2. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data discrepancies.
4. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury or retail industries.

Salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
