Christian Dior Retail Performance Analyst

- Manage and distribute retail performance reports for corporate, regional, and boutique locations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Design and automate reports to monitor key performance indicators and critical retail initiatives.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and maintain a comprehensive database for competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate sales associate data for retail reporting.
- Communicate with store teams to understand the business and market landscape and drive revenue through analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations for business reviews and market analysis.
- Manage retail incentives and collaborate on compensation strategies for retail teams.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury or retail industries.
- Background in retail, planning, or finance is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PowerBI.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury or retail industries.
Salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
