Christian Dior Retail Operations Intern

- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support the retail network across the Europe Region, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client experiences.
- Coordinate monthly internal control processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and prepare executive summaries for local management.
- Conduct store visits with a preset checklist, align with retail teams on findings, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Prepare monthly reports, perform investigations and analyses on sales, cash, stock management, and KPIs.
- Support the Europe Operations Manager in training on policies and processes.
- Participate in the preparation, setup, and execution of retail projects, including Payments, Approval App, and D Retail Book.
- Manage the Europe planning for retail project development with the Europe Operations Manager.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual inventories in stores and warehouses, reporting results to local management.
- Support day-to-day operations, closely monitoring KPIs related to stock movements and sales.
- Participate in the France Family Sale organization and support till operations on site.
- Assist in organizing the Europe Operations Committee with the Europe Operations Manager.
- Update various Retail Operations Procedures.
- Higher education (bac +4/5) in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in supply chain or merchandising is preferred.
- Proficiency in professional English and fluent in French.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions such as Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously and raise alerts proactively.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouses and retail teams.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with internship experience in supply chain or merchandising.
Higher education (bac +4/5) in engineering, business, or equivalent university.
