- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support the retail network in the EMEA Region, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client experiences.
- Coordinate monthly internal control processes, challenge compliance with internal policies, and prepare executive summaries for local management.
- Conduct store visits with a preset checklist, align with retail teams on findings, prepare detailed reports, and follow up on action plans.
- Prepare monthly reports and perform investigations and analysis on sales, cash, stock management, and KPIs.
- Assist in training sessions on policies and processes for the EMEA Operations Manager.
- Participate in the preparation, setup, and execution of retail projects, including Payments, Approval App, and Uniform initiatives.
- Support all zones on the POS system regarding stock and till transactions, including deployment, communication, and follow-up.
- Manage EMEA planning for retail project development with the EMEA Operations Manager.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual inventories in stores and warehouses, reporting results to local management.
- Support day-to-day operations, closely monitoring KPIs related to stock movements and adjustments.
- Participate in the France Family Sale organization and support till operations on-site twice a year.
- Assist in organizing the EMEA Operations Committee with the EMEA Operations Manager.
- Update various Retail Operations Procedures.
- Higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in engineering, business, or equivalent.
- Previous internship experience in supply chain or merchandising is preferred.
- Proficiency in professional English and fluency in French.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to propose solutions adapted to identified issues.
- Autonomous work style with proactive alert-raising capabilities.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouses and retail teams.
- Logical, results-oriented, and conscientious approach.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with some internship experience in supply chain or merchandising.
Higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in engineering, business, or equivalent.
