1. Welcome clients to Dior Harrods and provide a professional, attentive service.
2. Understand clients’ needs and guide them to the appropriate department.
3. Ensure a flawless, upscale guest service experience.
4. Maintain cleanliness and order at the boutique entrance.
5. Assist clients with reasonable requests, including hailing taxis and providing umbrellas.
6. Monitor for suspicious activity around the boutique entrance.
7. Prepare fitting rooms to luxury standards, including cleaning and resetting.
8. Steam and rehang garments, ensuring they are ticketed and in pristine condition.
9. Perform high-standard gift wrapping and packaging following Dior guidelines.
10. Replenish and organize wrapping supplies for efficiency.
11. Maintain visual merchandising standards, including cleaning and re-merchandising.
12. Treat customer data with confidentiality and sensitivity.
13. Support the selling team to maximize boutique performance.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a guest-facing environment.
2. Positive attitude and reliability.
3. Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
4. Flexibility to respond to various work situations.
