Christian Dior Retail Operations Assistant Project Manager Intern

- Contribute to the creation of solutions to enhance efficiency in retail operations alongside various departments such as Supply, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising, Dior Academy, Audit, and IT.
- Identify and disseminate best practices in stores to the international Retail Operations community.
- Communicate innovations to markets and stores through dedicated newsletters.
- Monitor projects from implementation through to team training, collecting feedback and improvement requests.
- Assist in detecting and resolving issues affecting project launch and deployment.
- Conduct training sessions for retail teams.
- Aid in identifying new operational initiatives for retail.
- Student pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Management, Business, or Engineering.
- Curious, proactive, and strategic mindset with a strong team focus.
- Organized, methodical, and rigorous with a positive attitude.
- Ability to seek global optimization solutions beyond initial possibilities.
- First experience in a retail environment is appreciated, either in boutiques or headquarters.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
Entry-level; prior experience in a retail environment is appreciated but not required.
Currently pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Management, Business, or Engineering.
