1. Contribute to the development of solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency in Retail Operations in collaboration with various departments such as Supply, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising, Dior Academy, Audit, and IT.
2. Identify and disseminate best practices within the international Retail Operations community.
3. Communicate innovations to markets and stores through dedicated newsletters.
4. Monitor project implementation, including team training, feedback collection, and improvement requests.
5. Identify and resolve issues impacting project launch and deployment.
6. Conduct training sessions for retail teams.
7. Assist in identifying new operational initiatives for retail.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Management, Business, or Engineering.
2. Fluent in French and English.

1. Curiosity, proactivity, and strategic thinking with a strong collaborative spirit.
2. Organizational skills with a methodical and rigorous approach.
3. Ability to optimize solutions to meet transversal needs.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.

A preliminary experience in a retail environment, either in a boutique or headquarters, is appreciated but not mandatory.

Pursuing a degree at BAC+4/5 level in Management, Business, or Engineering.
