1. Monitor boutique adherence to company policies and operational controls to ensure alignment with Dior's standards.
2. Analyze audit results and compliance metrics to identify patterns and potential risks.
3. Provide leadership with actionable insights through analysis of boutique performance data.
4. Contribute to initiatives that enhance process efficiency and operational consistency.
5. Assist in the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail operations.
6. Support documentation and organization of process updates due to new tools or policy changes.
7. Maintain the SOP library and manage version control and communication across the retail network.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence of operational practices.
9. Support end-to-end implementation of new retail systems and tools.
10. Assist in testing, monitoring, and providing feedback to improve system functionality.
11. Track and report key performance indicators to monitor system effectiveness.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, with preference for experience in operational excellence programs.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
2. Strong data collection, processing, and interpretation skills.
3. Ability to create clear and concise reports.
4. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
5. Adaptability and effective prioritization skills.
6. Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
7. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
8. Discretion with sensitive information.

Minimum of 3 years in operations, preferably with experience in implementing operational excellence programs.

Salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
