Christian Dior Retail Operations Analyst

- Monitor boutique adherence to company policies and operational controls to ensure alignment with Dior's standards.
- Analyze audit results and compliance metrics to identify patterns and potential risks.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights through analysis of boutique performance data.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance process efficiency and operational consistency.
- Assist in the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail operations.
- Support documentation and organization of process updates due to new tools or policy changes.
- Maintain the SOP library and manage version control and communication across the retail network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence of operational practices.
- Support end-to-end implementation of new retail systems and tools.
- Assist in testing, monitoring, and providing feedback to improve system functionality.
- Track and report key performance indicators to monitor system effectiveness.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, with preference for experience in operational excellence programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong data collection, processing, and interpretation skills.
- Ability to create clear and concise reports.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Adaptability and effective prioritization skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Discretion with sensitive information.
Minimum of 3 years in operations, preferably with experience in implementing operational excellence programs.
Salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
