1. Assist in adapting and enhancing the onboarding process to improve relevance and impact.
2. Provide clear communication and timely follow-up on onboarding tasks, updates, alerts, and reminders to teams.
3. Ensure new employees are integrated with the necessary tools, programs, and support.
4. Create and update onboarding materials including PowerPoint decks, digital content, and interactive tools for the LMS platform.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure LMS content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with evolving business needs.
6. Continuously evolve LMS content based on feedback, performance data, and strategic priorities.
7. Monitor usage of boutique training tools and LMS modules.
8. Generate and share regular reporting on training completion rates to ensure accountability and visibility across teams.
9. Maintain the onboarding space within internal retail applications, ensuring content is organized and accessible.
10. Assist with administrative tasks including calendar management, training logistics, and vendor coordination.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
2. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook).
4. Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
