Christian Dior Retail Marketing International Assistant

- Provide daily support to the International Retail Marketing Coordinator in organizing retail events across Haute-Couture, Watches, and Jewelry sectors.
- Coordinate operational aspects of global retail events between headquarters and regional teams, including product divisions, graphic studios, visual merchandising, and image departments.
- Manage logistics for collection rotations and roadshows within regions.
- Oversee and report on events, including quantitative and qualitative feedback and ROI analysis.
- Participate in major Parisian events such as product launches, client meetings, and cocktail receptions.
- Develop communication tools for management and regional teams, including event guidelines and launch platforms.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of annual marketing action plans.
- Support creative and operational development of new retail client animations.
- Prepare monthly reports by collection and action type.
- Enrollment in a business school or university, pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/+5), with a preference for candidates in their final year of study.
- Previous experience of at least 6 months in marketing or communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, diplomacy, stress resilience, autonomy, flexibility, and creativity.
Beginner level experience required, ideally with a prior internship in marketing or communication.
Master's degree in progress (BAC+4/+5) from a business school or university.
