1. Provide operational support for retail events across the European region, including the creation and monitoring of event schedules for boutiques.
2. Manage the operational aspects of retail events, coordinating with headquarters departments and regional zones.
3. Collect and organize event feedback, including client lists, photos, budgets, and sales figures.
4. Monitor supplier invoicing processes.
5. Assist in client data collection and synthesis for database creation during Fashion Weeks.
6. Update and manage guest lists for fashion shows and related events, liaising with concierge services to ensure seamless organization.
7. Prepare presentation materials for various meetings.
8. Participate in logistical follow-ups for different events.

1. Enrollment in a business school or university, pursuing a BAC+4/+5 degree.
2. Completion of a prior 6-month internship in marketing, preferably within the retail sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
3. Understanding of retail dynamics, with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
4. Demonstrated responsibility, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
5. Pragmatic approach with the ability to react swiftly.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with a prior 6-month marketing internship.
