1. Drive sales growth and client development.
2. Oversee performance and achieve targets.
3. Implement Christian Dior's commercial strategy.
4. Ensure excellence in client experience and in-store service.
5. Manage disputes in line with company policy.

7. Monitor department performance through key indicators and propose action plans.
8. Co-animate team objectives and motivate through daily briefings.

12. Communicate managerial messages from the Boutique Director to the team.
13. Listen to and relay team feedback to the Boutique Director.
14. Conduct regular team reviews to maintain a positive social climate and high performance.
15. Disseminate information from headquarters.
16. Foster trust and collaboration with all boutique departments and European stores.

1. Minimum 5 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
2. Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
3. Sensitivity to fashion and a strong product affinity.
4. Excellent service and client experience orientation.
5. Creative with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
6. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
