1. Achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards in alignment with the brand's values.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service, loyalty development, and public relations management.
3. Optimize sales by implementing client retention strategies, organizing events, and delivering excellence in service.
4. Supervise visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and ensure an attractive display.
5. Manage stock levels and coordinate with regional merchandisers to ensure appropriate assortment.

7. Oversee boutique operations, including general procedures, internal controls, stock management, and financial transactions.

2. Comprehensive understanding of boutique operations, financial management, and team leadership.
3. Strong initiative and commercial acumen with a sensitivity to the fashion industry.

3. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
