Christian Dior Retail Maintenance Project Manager

1. Serve as the primary coordination point for all maintenance and minor works projects across Europe, supporting local Facility Managers.
2. Lead and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with central and local retail priorities.
3. Manage all phases from project request to completion, including schedules, budgets, and performance.
4. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, cost efficiency targets, and sustainability objectives in sourcing and installation of boutique elements.
5. Collaborate with local Facility Managers to ensure technical compliance and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
6. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and operational handover.
7. Act as a liaison between Architecture, Design, Visual Merchandising, Legal, IT, Sustainability, Procurement, and Retail teams.
8. Support local Facility Managers’ needs and ensure consistent project alignment.
9. Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and partners to guarantee compliance with Dior’s quality standards.
10. Liaise with Legal on contractual matters and with Finance and Sustainability teams on cost efficiency and environmental initiatives.
11. Contribute to the development and harmonization of maintenance policies and best practices.
12. Monitor and share maintenance KPIs across Europe.
13. Support the deployment of the new maintenance ticketing system for store interventions.
14. Promote continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives across the network.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail construction, facility management, or project management.
2. Proven experience in leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, retail fit-out, maintenance, safety, and regulatory standards (ERP).
4. Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel; strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; organized, responsive, and service-oriented.
6. Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Europe.
7. Fluent in English; additional European languages like Italian are a plus.
