1. Serve as the primary coordinator for all maintenance and minor works projects across Europe, supporting local Facility Managers.
2. Lead and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with central and local retail priorities.
3. Manage all phases from project request to completion, including schedules, budgets, and performance.
4. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, cost efficiency targets, and sustainability objectives in sourcing, production, and installation.
5. Collaborate with local Facility Managers to ensure technical compliance and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
6. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and operational handover.
7. Act as a liaison between Architecture, Design, Visual Merchandising, Legal, IT, Sustainability, Procurement, and Retail teams.
8. Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and local partners to ensure compliance with Dior’s quality standards.
9. Contribute to the development and harmonization of maintenance policies and best practices.
10. Monitor and share maintenance KPIs across Europe to ensure compliance with governance.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail construction, facility management, or project management.
2. Proven experience in leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, retail fit-out, maintenance, safety, and regulatory standards (ERP).

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
2. Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Organized, responsive, and service-oriented.
5. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
6. Fluent in English; additional European languages like Italian are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in retail construction, facility management, or project management.
