Christian Dior Retail Maintenance Project Manager

- Serve as the primary coordinator for all maintenance and minor works projects across Europe, supporting local Facility Managers.
- Lead and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with central and local retail priorities.
- Manage all phases from project request to completion, including schedules, budgets, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, cost efficiency targets, and sustainability objectives in sourcing, production, and installation.
- Collaborate with local Facility Managers to ensure technical compliance and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and operational handover.
- Act as a liaison between Architecture, Design, Visual Merchandising, Legal, IT, Sustainability, Procurement, and Retail teams.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and local partners to ensure compliance with Dior’s quality standards.
- Contribute to the development and harmonization of maintenance policies and best practices.
- Monitor and share maintenance KPIs across Europe to ensure compliance with governance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail construction, facility management, or project management.
- Proven experience in leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, retail fit-out, maintenance, safety, and regulatory standards (ERP).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
- Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organized, responsive, and service-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages like Italian are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in retail construction, facility management, or project management.
