1. Monitor and follow up on retail animations and validate planning schedules.
2. Manage external freelance agency pools, including updating profiles and tracking materials.
3. Conduct quality checks in the field and provide structured feedback.
4. Prepare logistical files and manage client gifting processes.
5. Oversee stock management and coordinate shipment of materials to sales teams and clients.
6. Prepare retail mapping files and Retail Developer visit reports.
7. Centralize and distribute retail documentation and prepare performance tracking dashboards.
8. Manage the retail team’s visit agenda and maintain follow-up documents.
9. Participate in team meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and contribute to discussions.
10. Support recruitment, planning creation, quality follow-up, and feedback processes for field interns and commercial trainees.

1. Currently pursuing higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
