1. Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, ensuring timely and accurate business analysis.
2. Examine market trends and sales data using retail KPIs to enhance sales performance.
3. Update internal and external promotion calendars and events.
4. Regularly update department store floor plans.
5. Assist in executing and following up on Regional Retail Performance projects in Korea, ensuring successful implementation and market integration.
6. Create and manage system accounts for boutique management, addressing system issues in collaboration with boutiques and the regional team.
7. Translate training materials and provide training support.
8. Order materials and develop new supplies based on boutique feedback.
9. Track and manage monthly costs.
10. Communicate effectively with boutiques to address daily and ad-hoc inquiries and requests.
11. Manage communication with external vendors to respond to boutique inquiries.
12. Support the preparation of boutique openings, renovations, and events, including arranging accommodation for dispatched staff and preparing for opening celebrations.

1. Bachelor's degree or prospective graduate.
2. 1-3 years of experience in related fields preferred.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
2. Advanced analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as Pivot, Sumif(s), Vlookup, Countif, etc.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Beginner level experience in related areas is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or prospective graduate.
