- Participate in the preparation and organization of the weekly Retail France Committee, including content creation, support materials, and agenda setting.
- Ensure operational follow-up for events and collection launches, managing checklists, boutique-headquarters coordination, and logistics.
- Contribute to the recognition of top performers and the engagement of retail communities through compelling content, best practice sharing, and collective initiatives.
- Support boutiques in implementing new on-the-ground processes, such as Welcome, Floor Management, and new rituals.
- Assist in preparing Bi-Monthly Retail Paris Meetings.
- Contribute to employee development tracking in collaboration with Boutique Directors, including OTO evaluations and action plan follow-ups.
- Propose innovative formats to structure managerial exchanges and enhance their impact on performance and engagement.
- Develop and implement 'Happiness Management' initiatives within the Retail France office to strengthen team cohesion and engagement.
- Prepare presentation materials for the General Management, including notes, summaries, business reviews, and boutique visit briefs.
- Coordinate weekly EMEA walkthroughs, selecting boutiques, highlighting key topics, and ensuring follow-up.
- Engage in cross-functional projects with managerial or HR scope, such as retail valorization and internal development programs.
- Student in a business school or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Keen interest in retail, management, and field operations.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.
- Passion for community engagement, operational tasks, and dynamic environments.
No prior experience required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
