- Participate in the preparation and organization of the weekly Retail France Committee, including content creation and agenda setting.
- Ensure operational follow-up for events and collection launches, coordinating between boutiques and headquarters, and managing logistics.
- Contribute to the recognition of top performers and engage retail communities through compelling content, best practice sharing, and collective initiatives.
- Support boutiques in implementing new in-store processes, such as Welcome, Floor Management, and new rituals.
- Assist in the preparation of Bi-Monthly Retail Paris Meetings.
- Contribute to the development tracking of employees in collaboration with Boutique Directors, including evaluations and action plan follow-ups.
- Propose innovative formats to enhance managerial exchanges and their impact on performance and engagement.
- Design and implement 'Happiness Management' initiatives within the Retail France office to strengthen team cohesion and engagement.
- Prepare presentation materials for General Management, including notes, summaries, business reviews, and boutique visit briefs.
- Coordinate weekly EMEA walkthroughs, selecting boutiques, highlighting key issues, and ensuring follow-up.
- Engage in cross-functional projects with managerial or HR scope, such as retail valorization and internal development programs.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Keen interest in retail, management, and field operations.
- Proficient in PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills.
- Passion for community engagement, operational tasks, and dynamic environments.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Student in business school or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's level).
