1. Oversee operational management to ensure brand-aligned service delivery in collaboration with the Restaurant Director.
2. Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high-quality service standards.
3. Ensure team adherence to established quality standards from customer reception to payment, including reservations.
4. Lead briefings, assess team knowledge, and manage inventory control.
5. Handle customer relations, focusing on loyalty and resolving disputes.
6. Enforce hygiene and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
7. Organize and participate in event planning and execution.
8. Maintain direct customer contact to foster loyalty and expand clientele.
9. Participate in recruitment, integration, and ongoing training of new staff members.
10. Develop team competencies and provide constructive performance feedback.
11. Implement operational rules and supervise staff adherence.
12. Manage and motivate restaurant floor teams.
13. Address customer complaints according to 30 Avenue Montaigne procedures.
14. Conduct management meetings and communicate key information to the team.
15. Monitor economic and qualitative results, implementing improvement actions.
16. Participate in event organization and ensure execution by floor teams.
17. Adopt a commercial attitude to enhance sales performance indicators.
18. Develop, propose, and manage the floor budget.
