- Oversee operational management to ensure brand-aligned service delivery in collaboration with the Restaurant Director.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Ensure team adherence to established quality standards from customer reception to payment, including reservations.
- Lead briefings, assess team knowledge, and manage inventory control.
- Handle customer relations, focusing on loyalty and resolving disputes.
- Enforce hygiene and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
- Organize and participate in event planning and execution.
- Maintain direct customer contact to foster loyalty and expand clientele.
- Participate in recruitment, integration, and ongoing training of new staff members.
- Develop team competencies and provide constructive performance feedback.
- Implement operational rules and supervise staff adherence.
- Manage and motivate restaurant floor teams.
- Address customer complaints according to 30 Avenue Montaigne procedures.
- Conduct management meetings and communicate key information to the team.
- Monitor economic and qualitative results, implementing improvement actions.
- Participate in event organization and ensure execution by floor teams.
- Adopt a commercial attitude to enhance sales performance indicators.
- Develop, propose, and manage the floor budget.
- Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills with an international clientele.
- Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and excellent team spirit.
