1. Manage the relationship and communication with boutiques regarding replenishment and claims.
2. Schedule and plan logistics for outbound deliveries from the Regional Distribution Centre to Middle Eastern markets in coordination with the Supply Chain team.
3. Maintain and configure master data in SAP for accurate order creation and scheduling.
4. Understand and manage different logistics flows across Middle Eastern markets.
5. Participate actively in test cases for the Regional Distribution Centre and SAP roll-out.
6. Prepare user manuals and training materials.
7. Liaise with Central Distribution Centre sales administration in France.
8. Release and prioritize orders in SAP, managing parameters for automated replenishment and new season launch orders.
9. Coordinate stock rebalancing and cross-dock shipments within the Middle East via the Regional Distribution Centre.
10. Arrange shipments with the Regional Distribution Centre and transport teams.
11. Apply for CITES permits/licenses for export and coordinate import permits/licenses with receiving countries.
12. Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects.

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or logistics industry within the Middle East.

1. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
2. Proficiency in SAP.
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Fluency in English and Arabic.

A minimum of 3 years in the retail or logistics industry within the Middle East is required.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines.
