Christian Dior Regional Sales Administration Officer

- Manage the relationship and communication with boutiques regarding replenishment and claims.
- Schedule and plan logistics for outbound deliveries from the Regional Distribution Centre to Middle Eastern markets in coordination with the Supply Chain team.
- Maintain and configure master data in SAP for accurate order creation and scheduling.
- Understand and manage different logistics flows across Middle Eastern markets.
- Participate actively in test cases for the Regional Distribution Centre and SAP roll-out.
- Prepare user manuals and training materials.
- Liaise with Central Distribution Centre sales administration in France.
- Release and prioritize orders in SAP, managing parameters for automated replenishment and new season launch orders.
- Coordinate stock rebalancing and cross-dock shipments within the Middle East via the Regional Distribution Centre.
- Arrange shipments with the Regional Distribution Centre and transport teams.
- Apply for CITES permits/licenses for export and coordinate import permits/licenses with receiving countries.
- Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail or logistics industry within the Middle East.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
A minimum of 3 years in the retail or logistics industry within the Middle East is required.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines.
