Christian Dior Regional Sales Administration Officer

- Manage the relationship and communication flow with boutiques regarding replenishment and claims.
- Schedule and plan logistics for outbound deliveries from the Regional Distribution Centre to Middle Eastern markets in coordination with the Supply Chain team.
- Maintain and configure master data in SAP for accurate order creation and scheduling.
- Understand different logistics flows in various Middle Eastern markets.
- Participate actively in test cases for the RDC and SAP roll-out.
- Prepare user manuals and training materials.
- Coordinate logistics scheduling and planning of outbound deliveries, including releasing and prioritizing orders in SAP.
- Manage SAP parameters to automate replenishment orders and new season launch orders from RDC to markets.
- Coordinate between Supply Chain and RDC for ad hoc order arrangements.
- Coordinate stock rebalancing and cross-dock shipments within the Middle East via RDC.
- Coordinate with RDC and transport on shipment arrangements.
- Apply for CITES permits/licenses for export and coordinate with receiving countries for necessary import CITES permit/license applications prior to shipment arrangements.
- Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the retail or logistics industry in the Middle East.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with SAP.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possessing problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in cross-functional projects is a plus.
- Experience with licenses/CITES permit handling is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines.
