Christian Dior Regional Distribution Centre Operations Manager

- Lead the setup of the Regional Distribution Centre in Dubai.
- Prepare user manuals for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Serve as the key user of the internal WMS for the Regional Distribution Centre.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression tests for WMS and SAP.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and monitor their performance to ensure service level fulfillment.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock control, cycle counts, and stock checks in the warehouse.
- Oversee subcontracting expenses.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, including B2B and B2C initiatives.
- Oversee packaging and enhance the B2C client experience related to distribution centre operations.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years of experience in warehousing management, ideally in luxury retail.
- Experience in project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Adaptability to work under multi-tasking conditions and changing priorities.
- Fluent in English.
- Passion for challenges and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related disciplines.
