Christian Dior Regional Distribution Centre Operations Manager

1. Lead the setup of the Regional Distribution Centre in Dubai.
2. Prepare user manuals for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
3. Serve as the key user of the internal WMS for the Regional Distribution Centre.
4. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression tests for WMS and SAP.
5. Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and monitor their performance to ensure service level fulfillment.
6. Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock control, cycle counts, and stock checks in the warehouse.
7. Oversee subcontracting expenses.
8. Contribute to cross-functional projects, including B2B and B2C initiatives.
9. Oversee packaging and enhance the B2C client experience related to distribution centre operations.
10. Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse operations efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics or related disciplines.
2. At least 8 years of experience in warehousing management, ideally in luxury retail.
3. Experience in project management.

1. Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
5. Adaptability to work under multi-tasking conditions and changing priorities.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Passion for challenges and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related disciplines.
